Salary: £27K - £45K depending on experience

Location: Flexible hybrid (3-4 office days) Swanwick Marina, Southampton

We’re looking to increase our capacity for sucessfully connecting with and nurturing prospects through to new customers. As part of our Sales Team, you'll be engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and assess how 3R can best support them.

This role is flexible and will be shaped around your experience.
You’ll engage customers throughout the sales process — qualifying leads, delivering platform demos, presenting proposals and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
For more experienced candidates, the role offers a high level of
autonomy, with opportunities to leverage your network, represent 3R at industry events and play a visible role in driving growth.
You’ll spend most of your time speaking with recruiters and recruitment business owners via phone, video, social channels and face-to-face meetings, working closely with our Marketing and Account Management teams to grow our client base.
About you
You’re a confident communicator with strong organisation and relationship-building skills, comfortable managing multiple opportunities and using CRM systems to manage your pipeline.
You’re curious, proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to understand customer challenges and build trust quickly. This role could suit someone looking for a change, a new challenge, or a move away from a pure recruiter role. Experience within recruitment technology, recruitment funding or SaaS sales would be equally valuable, as would the confidence to represent a business externally and build a strong professional network.
Specific qualifications are not essential for this role. What's more important is your experience in a similar position, environment and industry.
