3R has become the first back-office and funding provider to partner with SafeRec, working together to promote responsible labour supply chains and higher standards of payroll compliance across the recruitment industry.

Both organisations share the same view that recruiters should be working with reputable and reliable umbrella companies, with a focus on real-time visibility, transparency and control using market leading technology.

In a market facing increasing scrutiny from HMRC and ongoing changes to employment legislation, compliance is becoming, and perhaps already is, a key differentiator for recruitment agencies. Both 3R and SafeRec believe agencies need to lead with risk mitigation to protect their businesses and operate safely in a more regulated environment.

The partnership is built around the belief that compliance should be continuous, not reactive, with real-time data, monitoring, and verifiable, enforceable reporting helping agencies reduce exposure to risk.

As Dan Brogan, Managing Director at 3R said:

“Compliance isn’t something you can afford to check after the fact anymore. Agencies need to see what’s going on in real time, so they can catch problems early and stay on top of it.”

Together, 3R and SafeRec provide complete compliance coverage across the payroll and back-office layer of recruitment, combining funding and operational support with compliance verification and reporting. This gives agencies greater visibility over payroll activity and confidence that processes are being handled correctly.

Commenting on the partnership, Dan Brogan 3R Managing Director also said:

“We’ve always believed recruitment works best when the right partners come together to support agencies committed to high standards. This partnership with SafeRec is about strengthening that support, giving agencies better visibility across their payroll supply chain, and moving towards closer integration that gives them greater control and confidence.”

The partnership also supports recruiters to reduce administrative burden through more automated processes and better system integration, freeing up time while improving control and consistency.

Sebastien Sauca, Co-Founder & CEO of SafeRec added:

Sebastian-Sauca-Cir"We’re pleased to be partnering with a business that shares our commitment to high standards across the labour supply chain. As expectations on compliance continue to rise, working with partners like 3R is key to supporting agencies that want to operate responsibly.”

Together, 3R and SafeRec are designed to simplify HMRC reporting and compliance for recruitment agencies, making it easier to manage and provide clear, reliable reporting across payslips, payroll data, IR35 determination and intermediary reporting.
