Celebrating Over a Decade of Growth, Partnership, and Purpose at 3R

Recently, we marked a major milestone – over 10 years of 3R - with an evening full of reflection, gratitude, and celebration.

Our Managing Director, Dan Brogan, opened the event by welcoming guests from near and far, acknowledging the effort many made to join us. From our early days supporting start-ups, 3R has evolved into a trusted funding and back-office technology partner for recruitment businesses across the UK. Many of our customers have been with us since the beginning, and together we’ve navigated everything from market shifts and legislative changes to global pandemics. Through it all, our mission has remained the same: to help recruitment businesses grow with confidence and keep cash flowing when it matters most.

Dan spoke warmly of the relationships we’ve built - not just as business partners, but as friends. That trust and camaraderie are what make 3R more than just a service provider.

He also paid tribute to the incredible team behind the scenes — the people who keep operations running smoothly, ensure accuracy, and deliver exceptional service day in and day out. Their dedication has helped shape 3R’s reputation and culture.

And of course, a heartfelt thank you went to our founders, Mike and Chris, whose vision and leadership laid the foundation for everything we’ve achieved. Their commitment to doing things the right way - with integrity and humour - continues to guide us.

While the night was a celebration of the past, it was also a toast to the future. With new partnerships, innovative technology, and the same core mission, 3R is ready for the next chapter.
