About 3r

At 3R, we’re more than a payroll funding and back-office provider - we’re a trusted partner to hundreds of recruitment businesses across the UK. We help recruiters launch, run, and grow their own companies by giving them the tools, support, and confidence to succeed.

Our team is friendly, fast-moving, and focused on making things simple for our clients. Whether it’s through tech-enabled solutions, expert advice, or just being easy to work with, we’re always looking for ways to do things better.

We’re based in Swanwick, Hampshire, with a growing team of professionals who are passionate about helping others build successful recruitment businesses.

the role

You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments. While much of our credit control process is automated, your focus will be on handling exceptions - working closely with clients, recruiters, and internal teams to resolve issues and minimise outstanding debts.

Day-to-day, you’ll be reviewing overdue invoices, maintaining accurate records, liaising with clients and recruiters, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and workflows. You’ll also help identify patterns in delayed payments and support improvements that drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are naturally proactive and take ownership of your responsibilities

  • Are thorough and attentive to detail

  • Can juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure

  • Bring energy, resilience, and a willingness to learn
