Dan Brogan promoted as 3R’s Managing Director to spearhead upcoming growth strategy

3R, leading Funding and Back-Office partner for SME recruitment businesses, announces the promotion of Dan Brogan to Managing Director. Following the strategic restructuring of its board and senior management in 2023, 3R's vision for growth has been strengthened and Dan's promotion represents the next step in the plan.

Dan's wealth of valuable knowledge and experience from his time at Barclays has had an immediate, positive impact on the team at 3R and customers he has been involved with. Throughout the past year, he has played a vital role, along with Kim De’ath (Director of Client Experience), Debbie Stock (Head of Risk & Compliance), Plamena Zhekova (Head of Finance) and Kim Pritchard (Head of Marketing) as a member of the Senior Leadership team, contributing significantly to the successful delivery of 3R’s new US back office and funding solution.

With the full backing of 3R’s Board of Directors, Dan will be taking over from Founder, Mike Bowler, who will be staying on as a Director. “Mike's foresight and leadership have been fundamental to 3R’s success, and I'm grateful to have his full backing in my new role and pleased he will continue to be fully involved in the business going forward.” says Dan Brogan.

Dan played a key role in the formation of 3R’s Vision and Purpose over the last year to bring clarity to the business’ decision making and operational focus. Subsequently, a clear vision was decided for 3R to be ‘the go-to Tech and Funding Solution Partner for Specialist Recruitment Agencies scaling in the UK and Internationally’. 

“Rest assured; I'm fully committed to building on the foundation we've already established," Dan commented. "We’re investing time and resources on innovating and evolving our products, continually working on how we enhance our service offering, and remain laser focused on our core purpose, which is helping our customers and partners achieve their growth ambitions.”

Mike will remain as a key member of 3R and will still be involved with the business on a full-time basis. “I’m excited to be moving into more of a strategic role, exploring how we can continue to add value to customers through improved technology, partnerships and developing new territories. I wish Dan every success and am confident he is the right person to build on 3R’s growth and take us to the next level.”
