As a fast growing and dynamic agency, Areti was keen to implement back-office tech solutions that would support its long term goals. However, working with a number of different providers, the company soon found it was struggling with an inefficient RecTech Stack that risked being a hurdle to its growth ambitions.
Unhappy with the performance, accuracy, reporting capabilities and customer service they were also receiving from existing suppliers, including a lack of responsiveness and support when there were problems, the team knew there had to be a better way.
We learnt a lot and a few hard lessons in the first year. We went quickly with some suppliers & software and it all became fragmented and disjointed. That was okay for a time but we soon noticed how it was impacting our growth and the undue stress it was also causing.
With aspirations for significant growth and wanting to push forward with its contractor recruitment arm, Areti’s objectives were clear.
The company required:

Following a recommendation from an existing customer, Areti approached 3R and was so impressed that they decided to make the move.

The process of switching to a new supplier and the potential disruption this might cause was something Areti had been concerned about but thanks to 3R’s 30-day transfer process the move was seamless.
3R walked Areti through it, step-by-step, with any unexpected issues being swiftly dealt with. In addition, 3R helped with the compliant transfer of contractor and client information, and provided full training on the new system, with ongoing support provided as required.
We felt really supported and were clearly guided through the transfer process with great instructions, regular keep in touch moments and progress updates. 3R made it all very easy for us and even gave us templates and comms to support us with managing clients and contractors through the switch. It was a completely painless process.
