As a fast growing and dynamic agency, Areti was keen to implement back-office tech solutions that would support its long term goals. However, working with a number of different providers, the company soon found it was struggling with an inefficient RecTech Stack that risked being a hurdle to its growth ambitions.

Unhappy with the performance, accuracy, reporting capabilities and customer service they were also receiving from existing suppliers, including a lack of responsiveness and support when there were problems, the team knew there had to be a better way.

3R walked Areti through it, step-by-step, with any unexpected issues being swiftly dealt with. In addition, 3R helped with the compliant transfer of contractor and client information, and provided full training on the new system, with ongoing support provided as required.
