So how does it work? Our expert transfer team will work very closely with you. We follow guidelines of the Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending (IF/ABL) standards framework to fully audit your ledger, gather all client and contractor details and buy the existing debt on an agreed date.

How long does it take?

This depends on your notice period, but typically, one month/four weeks.

How much do i have to do?

Our dedicated transfer team, with your help, captures all contractor and client information. Once we have that, it’s comms to all parties (provided by us) and clarifying details on the 3R back-office portal. We need your support and schedule catch-ups twice a week, but it’s not labour-intensive.

Will my contractors be paid as normal?

Providing all details are confirmed by the endclient, then contractor pay will be processed as planned, we’ve never had a contractor who hasn’t received payment when expected.

Is it easy for my clients?

Yes, during the transfer process, we will speak to all clients to confirm their ledger, current contractors and invoicing process.

What could go wrong?

Nothing that we haven’t found a solution for by working together with our clients! We’ve un-covered misallocation, discrepancies, and unpicked anomalies during our audit but this creates clarification for all and a way-forward!
